What does Procurrr actually do?
Procurrr helps individuals and businesses avoid overpaying by researching where to buy products and services at the best price. You send us what you want to buy, and we do the comparison work for you.
How does Pay-As-You-Go work?
You send us a product or service to compare. If we find a cheaper like-for-like option, we charge a percentage of the savings. If we don’t save you money, you pay nothing.
How do you calculate savings?
Savings are calculated by comparing the price you were intending to pay against the best like-for-like option we find. The difference is your savings, and we charge 35% + VAT of that amount for PAYG customers.
What counts as 'like-for-like'?
This isn’t set in stone and very much depends on your situation and what you are prepared to accept to save money. We work with you and will never force you to go with an alternative that isn’t suitable for you. Generally speaking this includes same or equivalent product/service specifications, condition, warranty level and delivery terms.
Do you actually sell the products?
No. We find the best place for you to buy from. Some subscription clients can request us to place orders on their behalf.
Can you help with services as well as products?
Yes. We compare any product or service — from equipment and supplies to printing, maintenance, digital services, travel and more. In fact, some of the biggest savings we achieve our clients are on services.
How long does a request take?
We work to get you the best deal ASAP! Most product comparisons are completed on the same day. Complex sourcing or service tenders may take longer depending on supplier response times. For highest priority response times, check out our subscription plans.
What are your subscription plans?
Our subscription plans are designed mainly for businesses or large households that buy regularly. They include a number of monthly sourcing requests plus extra benefits like faster response times and supplier negotiation. Scroll up to see all the great features of each plan!
Are there any contract terms or commitments?
Pay-As-You-Go has no commitment — you pay only when we save you money. Subscription plans come with a minimum 3-month term — after which they become month-to-month and you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice (via WhatsApp or email).
What counts as a procurement request?
A procurement request is any item or service you need to purchase. It could be office supplies, equipment, raw materials, or professional services. Each distinct product or service counts as one request.
Do unused subscription requests roll over?
No. Monthly request allowances reset each billing cycle.
Can you order products for me?
Yes, on our VIP and Enterprise plans we can place orders on your behalf using your approved payment methods.
Do you hold stock?
No. We do not hold or supply goods directly.
What if there’s a problem with the item I buy?
Your purchase contract is with the supplier. However, our Enterprise plan includes support in dealing with suppliers and disputes.
Are you independent from suppliers?
Yes. We are not tied to specific sellers and aim to find the best overall deal based on price, reliability, and suitability.
Do you always find the cheapest option?
That’s our aim! But remember, cheapest may not always be the best. For example, if you need something tomorrow, you might not be prepared to wait 2 weeks for a 20% saving. We factor in your specific situation when doing our research. Also, there will be times when the option you were going to by is already the cheapest — in which case we will let you know. No charge to you and you can be sure you’re getting the best deal!
